Darrin Cotton is a former native of Chicago and a former resident of the Englewood community. Darrin is currently employed at White Castle as a Regional District Supervisor. As a Regional District Supervisor for White Castle, Darrin is responsible for 10 White Castle restaurants, roughly $15 million in company assets and over 300 employees. In his 19 years with White Castle, Darrin has consistently delivered outstanding results, demonstrating thought leadership, initiative, and creative problem solving abilities. Darrin has had the opportunity to receive 5 promotions since he started his career at the age of 16, he became the youngest team member in White Castle’s history to serve as a GM at the age of 18 and he also became a Regional District Supervisor at the young age of 27. Darrin was named District Supervisor of the Year in 2015 and in 2016. Darrin understands and knows what works and what doesn’t in the urban neighborhoods where his restaurants form an important part of the fabric of local community.
