Raydell Lacey, a Laborer for a construction company for 13 years. She is the CEO & Founder of Not Before My Parent a nonprofit organization that serves the Englewood, West Englewood and other communities throughout the City of Chicago and Suburbs by building relationships with the Police and Community and through a Chess Program, mental health workshops entitled, “Let’s Talk Mental Health,” and “Kick for Your Goals” Soccer League. Ms. Lacey is also a member of the Englewood Renaissance organization, serving communities through our Beatification and Community Building Group to  bring about Change, Faith, Respect and Unity.  “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.
