Stanee` Wills is the Coordinator for Capacity Building and Advisory Service at Chicago Cares, which is the coaching and facilitation team. She currently serves on the Equity Committee for Chicago Cares and prides herself as a grassroots community organizer and relationship builder. Her professional experiences include public safety, elementary education, food insecurity, after school programming and working with families in temporary living situations. She is a south side Chicago native and a graduate of Chicago State University with an undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies and Sociology as well as a graduate certification in Economic Community Development. When she is not busy saving the world, she enjoys spending time with her family and learning from her first grader about the art of negotiation.
